I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from my room at Hotel Phoenix. The balcony attached to the room provided a peaceful and serene spot to relax. The front office staff were very welcoming and made me feel at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its stunning views and friendly service.

the location was perfect as it was close to the event I was attending, saving me the hassle of travel to-and-from. Secondly, the staff were amazing, always ready to assist and provide excellent service. Lastly, the rooms had a very good ambience, with attention to detail and basic amenities. I particularly loved the large balcony that provided a peaceful area to relax.

The lack of elevator made it difficult to climb up to the rooms, especially after a long day of sightseeing. the water supply was not consistent and had to be requested from housekeeping multiple times during the stay.
